When it comes to nutrition, I’ve focused a great deal on balancing my blood sugar. If you've ever craved sugar or carbs throughout the day, needed a nap after meals, or experienced an afternoon dip in energy, then you've seen some of the signs that your blood sugar needs help. I’ve reduced my carb intake slightly, and focused on getting my carbs from veggies, some fruit & a small amount of complex carbs like potatoes, rice, and beans. Ive also worked on clearing my detox pathways. your liver, which is responsible for breaking down excess hormones in the bloodstream, as well as your digestive system, which eliminates those hormones from the body, sometimes need a little extra support. Lots of water, cruciferous veggies, minimal alcohol consumption & infrared sauna. Workouts: I’m doing less cardio & more heavy weight training & Pilates. Autumn Calabrese Instagram – Happy Thanksgiving!!!🦃 I love this holiday, I love taking the day to reflect on all that I am grateful for.  I’ve let go of expectations with the holidays ( they never quite measure up when you have a bunch of expectations) and instead trace any expectation I might have had for appreciation of everything that is. While I practice gratitude every day, here’s a few things that I’m so thankful for right now.

I’m so grateful for my son, he is my greatest teacher, keeps me on my toes & always makes me laugh.  I’m grateful for friends that have turned into family, love me & support me no matter what.  I’m grateful for a job that I am so incredibly passionate about.  A job that allows me to be creative, challenges me to grow & learn & allows me to fully be me.

Theres plenty more I am grateful for but thought Id share few that were at the top of my list today 🧡
