I’m all about more bang for my buck in my workouts. 1. Oblique V up to leg lift 2. Side plank knee tuck 3. Bicycles 4. X openers 5. Flutter kicks Tips: -Don’t grip in your neck -If you feel it in your back, you’re not engaging your core, modify or wait to try it again until you’ve built up more strength. -Form is more important than reps, start with lower reps 5-10 & work your way up to 15-20. #fitover40 #abs #core #healthy
