I just love us. Like I really love you @stopyogatime. I feel like such a weirdo ALL the time. I’m always working on growth to the point of exhaustion. I don’t know how to small talk. I find peace and understanding in hot yoga. It truly has been the place where I have been able to grapple w every aspect of this human life existence. And it’s led me to friends like Christina who are on the same mental, physical, spiritual journey to freedom, health and love. So I just can talk and talk for hours to her about everything bc we speak the same language and are living the same questions.
So this is us. Me and my soul sista @stopyogatime feeling the burn in life and talking about how we are moving through it.
