All I want for Christmas is world peace and Jonker 1 – the 125.35ct flawless D colored diamond first discovered in 1934. The rough crystal was over 726 carats and was cut into 13 distinct stones. The Jonker is the largest. The gem was purchased by the king of Egypt in 1949 and disappeared in 1952. in the 1970s the gem reappear under the ownership of Queen Ratna of Nepal. It was then sold to an anonymous buyer who remains so until today.
