Getting back on the saddle is not easy!😩 Trying to pace myself, paying attention to any discomfort in that right knee and adjust accordingly! The knee behaved!🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾😭😭😭 Treatment and physiotherapy are definitely doing the things that made the pots to be done!😬 Now to just continue following instructions until I can work up to maximum capacity again!
