Cristina Ferrare Instagram – It’s been over 40 years since my career as a super model came to an abrupt end with the arrest of my ex-husband John DeLorean. He was arrested for allegedly buying with the intent to sell cocaine! He was subsequently acquitted. The scandal at the time drew world -wide attention and the collateral damage to our lives were monumental. The very next day with the release of the news all my endorsements were canceled and covers that were coming out were stopped. A whole story yet to be told. I absolutely loved modeling an felt comfortable and in my element. I was able to travel the world, met the most interesting people from all walks of life and became financially independent. Reality set in quickly so I moved on and never looked back. At the beginning of 2023 I was put in touch with a modeling agency in New York, @iconicfocusmodels It seems they were trying to get in touch with me for some time.
