The Khaanda Kothi is an almost 50 years old house built in the Neo Kashmiri style and it features traditional kashmiri arts like the Khamtamband Wooden Ceilings made of Himalayan Fir.
They have a huge Lawn in front with a beautiful flower garden and a giant Chinar in the neighbour’s house stands as guard.
The first floor offers beautiful views of the neighbourhood & the zabarwan mountains in the background & on clear day one can see even the tallest peak of Zabarwan, Mt Mahadev which stands at an imposing 4000 metres.
