Elizabeth Hendrickson Instagram – Taking away her crib closed a chapter that was really hard to let go of. I’ve been holding onto it for as long as possible. And yes, I was kind of dreading having her get up in the middle of the night to wake me up. But then I realized letting go of my baby was what I was dreading more. She’s constantly telling us how she’s a big girl now and today she said she’s a grown up 🤣. The one thing we started with VERY early was fostering INDEPENDENCE and CONFIDENCE within her. She was more than ready and she transitioned so beautifully, I could cry. Yep, ok, now I’m crying. I’m so proud of who she is, who she’s becoming and can’t wait to see what she’ll surprise me with next.
She loves her @ducducnyc bed and setting it up was so fun and easy and made the transition a little easier for me too 💕.
