Emelie Forsberg Instagram – Trail running was my first love, but raising a family is by far my greatest joy. I am thankful to have a supportive partner, and a supportive community that understands a moms need to balance training, recovery, and motherhood. I wanted to revisit my conversation with @corosglobal on the topics of training before and after pregnancy. Emelie Forsberg Instagram – Let’s talk ski mountaineering! Living in the mountains, this is truly an amazing sport to do during the wintertime. Letting the body rest from running, but still building a strong base from both the uphill ( 🫁 ❤️) and the downhill ( 🦵) ! A little bit of upperbody when using the poles too. When I didn’t live in the mountains, I switched to x country during winter, as somehow it feels good to follow the seasons aswell as getting a break from running. @corosglobal is making a bigger blogpost about cross training, and I look forward to dive into it. Coming soon! And I saw many asked about wider boots; I use @pierregignouxcarbonskiboots wider race model as those are light, stable and wider!
