I’m doing a six week “stronger” programme (on the @lesmills app) and usually I don’t do much fitness stuff but I thought I’d maybe start sharing some Reels. Also I kind of want to blame how bad my press-ups look on my camera angle, but I reality this was near the end of a 30 minute GRIT HIIT routine and the second time I was doing this set so my body was like “NAAAH” so I just tried to keep going. It takes about two years to recover from pregnancy but I’m feeling strong at the moment and good about myself. And yes, I can do better press-ups! I know about using my knees but I’m strong enough for full press-ups and I hadn’t moved the mat for knee support etc. So WTF am I doing posting this on the internet. Dear lord!? I guess it’s just for personal content, a look at a key part of my daily routine on a weekday but also showing you don’t need a gym membership to get fit. #fitness #lesmills #hiit #grit
