Home Actress Heather Rae El Moussa HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers December 2023 Heather Rae El Moussa Instagram - Transformation is an understatement 🤍 My postpartum journey was… not at all how I expected. If I’m being honest, I thought I would be the person who bounced back really quick — when I was pregnant I said “I’ll be working out 5 days a week & hot yoga non stop, I’ll have my body back in 9 weeks” LOL well then reality set in & my priorities are just different now. I’ve always been active and ate clean, nutritious foods throughout my pregnancy— but after 4 1/2 ish months of being postpartum, I got diagnosed with an autoimmune thyroid disorder which made it a lot harder for my body to go back to “normal”. My trainer (Paulina) came to me at the perfect time. I was 4 months postpartum. Working out here & there and mainly doing cardio. She’s a mama herself so she knows the female body very well and is super knowledgeable about postpartum. We started my journey slow but she also pushes me & holds me accountable. I’m so busy, life is chaotic most days so having someone who comes to my home is a game changer for me. Plus to be honest I’d rather be home in the AM with my baby than leave him to go workout. I could go on and on but I wanted you guys to see my journey- I’m so proud of myself and of my body. I have truly learned to love my body more than ever, prioritize my health & happiness, and feel confident in the skin I’m in. So much can happen and change within a year so if you’re seeing this, keep going, keep pushing, believe in yourself, but also give yourself time and give yourself grace 🤍 Reflecting on my 2023 postpartum transformation and excited for a new fresh year & I have decided to commit to one day of hot yoga again 🫶🏻

Heather Rae El Moussa Instagram – Reflecting 🪞on 2023 🤍 When I think about it this year has honestly been one of the best years of my life- January started with baby Tristan being born and each month I feel like I’m growing, learning, and becoming a better version of myself in every single way. It’s been a busy busy year being a new mommy and bonus mommy while filming FEM and focusing on our businesses but I’m ready to end the year strong 🥰 No year is “perfect” but I can look back on 2023 as a pivotal year for me in so many ways, and I’m proud of that. 3 days left and I’m planning on taking advantage of them, reflecting, and spending time with family before the New Year… anyone else doing the same? 🤍🤍
