Jay Anstey Instagram – I naturally gravitated toward attached parenting and with it came giving up a lot (if not all) of my time.
I had to really prioritise what I deemed essential for me. And health and physical wellbeing was the one that most stood out to me.
So even though I forgo social activities and simply doing whatever I want, I make an effort to take a few minutes a day to do something for me.
I take a shower and breathe. I take care of my skin and make sure I give it love. I have my morning cuppa and I spend my days with my family.
