It’s one month of Plant based eating and vegan living to start the year off consciously!
I know we’re a week in already but it’s not too late to join!
Some quick tips:
☕️ Add Non dairy Milks in coffee, cereals, baking etc.
🍪 Oreo’s, Ouma Condensed milk rusks, Dark Aero Chocolate- ALL unintentionally vegan!
🍖 Fry’s have tons of delicious meat free substitutes and recipes!
🧀 Dairy free cheese options in almost all supermarkets (so you can still have a sneaky pizza)
🙍🏻♀️ Esse skincare are all vegan! Consider a trial pack to find your favorite products! @esseskincare_
💄 Give cruelty free make up a try this month- check the label for the BWC (beauty without cruelty sticker) 🐰
