History was made last night !📣 the first ever Girl Rootstown Rovers wrestling team competed last night. They placed 8th out of 21 teams. It’s honor to coach such a exceptional group of girls. I am excited to get back to work this week so we can continue to excel. The Rootstown Rover girls wrestling legacy has officially begun and I feel truly honored to be helping my alma mater . 😈

Today I’m extra thankful for @strongstyle_mma . This tattoo on my back is a representation of the fellowship created by the strong moral code of Marcus Marinelli that he lives by . I was 19 years old when I met Strongstyle (Marcus) 35ish. I am now 37 years old and thankful for every single day that God sent me on that path to there. I needed a safe place to express myself after years of a traumatic childhood, after all these years, they still have my back and I will always have theirs. I just wanted to thank all those who have been reaching out to show me love and support💜. Most can relate Sharing anything tragic or so to speak not the most perfect version of ourself on Social media can go one of two ways, either Really supportive or bunch lames just looking to put someone down while they are struggling.

My physically health and mental has been in a state of distress to level I am struggling to keep my head above water. I am thankful for the doctors and individuals who are helping me to figure out my course of action to get back to my highest self.

I am finding strength and fear in facing the year of a C- PTSD that I have tried to out run. However retirement has truly forces me to stare them in the face like a face off and damn the Evil One has grit, heart and never give up attitude.
