Maite Alberdi Instagram – Hace unos días recibí el premio más importante en mi carrera en DOCNYC. Me dio nervio y emoción pararme frente a 500 personas de la industria documental en Estados Unidos. Fue un día de mirar con orgullo para atrás y entender como una película ha llevado a la otra, y como cada personaje me ha regalado una manera de mirar el mundo. También, fue un momento para agradecer por tantas vidas compartidas. Gracias @rogerrosswilliams por ese discurso hermoso sobre mi cine, infinita gracias a @docnycfest por regalarme ese momento y a @jaielaplante @thompowers1 @raphaelaneihausen @mottopictures @ryejh @rebeccafanya por apoyarme en este maravilloso camino.
 
A few days ago I received the most important award in my career at DOCNYC. It gave me so much nerve and emotion to stand in front of 500 people from the US documentary industry. It was a day of proudly looking back and understanding how one film has led to another, and how each character has given me a way of looking at the world. Also, it was a moment to give thanks for so many shared lives.
