The wives of the leaders of Kenya, Serbia, Albania, Croatia and North Macedonia were also present at the event which introduced age-old Anatolian textiles at an exhibition held at the Turkish House. The First Lady Emine highlighted the cultural significance of Anatolian textiles, mentioning that the oldest weaving in the world, dating back some 9,000 years was discovered in Anatolia.
