Meesha Shafi Instagram – London High Court passes judgment in my favor after ARY/NVTV relentlessly ran disinformation and slanderous news about me, airing defamatory broadcasts telling people I ran away from pk courts which further led so many to perpetuate the false narrative that my truth when I spoke up #metoo was made up.
I have suffered. I have been abused. I have undergone unspeakable pressure. I have had my livelihood threatened, my safety compromised and my peace of mind in turmoil.
But the truth always shines through in the end. And not only my truth, but this experience has shown me the truth about so many other people.
I lost so many ‘friends’ through this fight. And I see so many others for what they are. But what I have gained is the real ones.
I am all the richer after having lost everything. My life feels free of pretentious people and experiences. I am reborn.
This is a huge win for the truth!
