Naomie Harris Instagram – Just watched @seaspiracy and cried my eyes out. What an utterly bizarre species we are! What we do to each other, to our fellow inhabitants of this planet, the animals, and the total lack of care and compassion we show to this planet we have been gifted is absolutely mind boggling! It’s not a fun watch, but EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW THE FACTS outlined in this documentary. If you’re late in viewing it, like me, please do take a moment to view it. We can’t all become activists, we can’t all change our behaviour overnight 100% but at the very least let’s start to become educated and aware and take steps daily to do better! We are capable of so much more than the way we currently behave. I truly believe in our potential to be great! Let’s all help and encourage each other to do more!! Love & light always ❤️❤️
Naomie Harris Instagram – Every year I do a tech detox. So no phone or email for a month, I combine it with a staycation or visit to a wellness centre to focus on my mental, emotional and physical health. It’s my way of reminding myself that health is my number 1 priority… always. This year I was lucky enough to be able to visit @pemawellnessresort in India organised by @beyondtalentglobal with my gorgeous fellow health junkie @louiseowen ❤️
