There were moments I felt like pulling my hair out, but I powered through! πŸ˜… It’s funny how those tutorial videos make everything look like a breeze, but the reality is a whole different story. Despite the challenges, I’m pretty proud of how it turned out! Who else can relate to the struggle of making it look easy? #DIY #Crafting #PersistencePaysOff

Nicole Stuart Instagram – β€œWhere there is no art, people perish.” – Eleanor Roosevelt 🎨✨ This quote resonates with me on such a deep level. As a fitness trainer, I’ve always loved being creative with my workouts, sculpting them into something that not only challenges the body but also nourishes the spirit. But beyond the gym, art has been my lifeline.

During some of my darkest moments and trust me there were MANY – I found solace in writing, pouring my emotions onto the page and finding catharsis through storytelling. Acting became my escape, allowing me to step into different worlds and leave my world and my worries behind. Dance, too, played a vital role in my life, especially growing up in #LasVegas. It became a form of expression and liberation, a way to channel my emotions and find joy in movement.

And then there are the countless DIY projects and art endeavors that have brought me so much joy and purpose. When I felt lost, art provided me with a lifeline, a way to express myself and find meaning in the midst of chaos. The process of creating, whether it’s through fitness, writing, acting, dance, or crafting, has been my sanctuary. It’s through these creative outlets that I’ve found healing, discovered my true self, and ultimately, saved my own life.

This Xmas light extension project is just one example of how embracing creativity brings light and happiness into my life. Here’s to the power of art and the joy it brings! βœ¨πŸŽπŸ’ƒπŸ’ͺ #CreativitySavesLives #ArtIsLife #FitnessAndArt #XmasDIY #vegasnative #lasvegasstrip
Nicole Stuart Instagram – πŸ”Š Calling Out Brian Lezak and Roscoe Villa, Fairway 9 Stanley LLC πŸ”Š@blezak do your children know you do this to other people daily????
Please help me by sharing this to get attention of news stations for more PR PLEASE
As a long-time resident of Stanley / Hollywood I’m deeply concerned about the recent changes being made to our community. For over a decade, hanging Christmas lights and enjoying communal spaces like the rooftop and deck have been cherished traditions that contribute to our sense of home and togetherness.

It’s disheartening to see these amenities slowly being restricted or removed, potentially impacting our living environment. I’m publicly calling on Brian Lezak and the @highpointmanagement management team to provide a legitimate explanation for these changes. We deserve transparency and a voice in decisions that affect our home.

Let’s work together to preserve the community we’ve built and find solutions that benefit all residents. #CommunityMatters #Transparency #HomeSweetHome

Sincerely,
