Padma Lakshmi Instagram – Usually #LittleHands and I do a big Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey, stuffing the whole nine yards with all our loved ones. Some years when she has been with her dad, I just go to Paris and have a ball. No turkey, no relatives. This year we will blissfully be just the two of us (though we will miss our family) doing nothing. I’m making a roast chicken and roasted vegetables, so that we can still make our beloved potpie with leftovers. We are both exhausted and when I asked Krishna what she wanted to do this year, she said, “Can it be just us? Can we not do a big dinner and just chill and rest, mom?” Yes darling, yes we can!!!
