Reflecting on 2023: ✨ Finished the first drafts of my pilot, short, and feature film. ✨ Almost completed the @compassionateinquiry somatic-based psychotherapy training with @gabormatemd (graduate in Feb 2024) ✨ Provided 50 sessions of free therapy for 10 clients ✨ Published my first article about trauma, somatics, and acting with @sheknows ✨ S3 of @ghoststarz dropped 🙌🏻 ✨ Had my first live TV interview on @gooddayny with @rosannascotto ✨ Hosted and taught my Healing the Artist Body workshops in Los Angeles and New York ✨ Went on strike with @sagaftra for 118 days ✨ Traveled to Portugal 🇵🇹 ♥️ ✨ Shared my egg freezing journey on @freebodypodcast ✨ Saw @jonimitchell live for the first time 😭 ✨ Went to acupuncture EVERY WEEK ✨ Recorded VO for 10 projects ✨ Hired a wedding planner THANK GOD ✨ Realized I (and many I know) have undiagnosed ADHD thanks to reading Scattered Minds 💪🏻 ✨ Kept my cats alive for another year with some help from @sathyayayaya 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ And many more events, gatherings, babies, and moments with loved ones. This year has been one of my most challenging and it wasn’t until this moment I’ve realized just how much I’ve accomplished. I’m proud of myself for continuing to move forward even when the ground felt unstable, even when things were foggy, even when I had no idea what I was doing. More of that in 2024. Thanks for the inspo to reflect @claritywithkelly 🫶🏻 Happy new year, loves.
