Patrice Covington Instagram – Sixty something of my nearest, dearest, and favorite people pulled up on me to bring me into this 40 thang! These are the people who ain’t new to this, have BEEN shooting in the gym with me, and my cousins and nem! Friends who know errrrrythang! Humans that love me forever in the realest and most consistent ways! Baby Sonphew was in the building too! Then some pulled up with their hearts and words via video and that took me clean out! I was truly surrounded by my very best! 💚
We all wore green as it represents all the things that are heavy in manifestation for me at the tender age of 40. Green reps abundance (because come on coin), fertility (I’m ready 😳), peace, good health, and the heart chakra! We drank and ate REAL good! My friends of 20 years TENDED to that bar! Got the most beautiful and tasty cake from my high school friend that owns @theluxecakestudio! We partied hard with @littkeys featuring @chriskeysmusic! I rocked some fire heels for bout 7 minutes then lived my very best life in my custom @bigredsneakerhead J’s for the rest of the night. You see em?! @timmyajulo shared his barnone talent with me and showed all the way out with my dress! It’s now a piece for the museums when I get up outta here @candicethemakeupartist… keeps the face sitting every single time! @theerealjazzystylez loc’d me up good! @theamberhorn is a gem of a planner! @studioposy made magic with florals! @blucloudstudios will never be the same again!
I still can’t believe I’m 40. WTF!? I am very excited about this 40 year old version of me! So much is different already! Mostly that 🗣️🗣️🗣️ “idc Idc Idc!” And that part has been really fun so far! 🤸🏾♀️🤸🏾♀️🤸🏾♀️
