Pranitaa Pandit Instagram – 5 Thoughtful Questions Your Child instead of “How was your day?”:
I am practising it so thought of sharing
1. **What was the most fun thing you did today?**
– Encourage your child to share the highlights of their day, whether it was playing with friends, exploring a new activity, or simply enjoying a special moment.
2. **Tell me about a kind thing you did for someone today.**
– Foster empathy and kindness by asking your child to reflect on acts of kindness they extended to others. This question helps them understand the importance of compassion.
3. **Did anything bother you today?**
This question allows your child to express if something made them feel sad, upset, or uneasy during the day, opening the door for a supportive conversation.
4. **What’s one thing you’re grateful for today?**
– Cultivate a sense of gratitude by encouraging your child to identify something they appreciate each day. It could be a person, an experience, or even a simple pleasure.
5. **Is there a story or a dream you’d like to share with me?**
– Create a space for your child’s imagination and creativity to flourish. Encourage them to narrate a story they’ve thought of or share a dream they had the previous night. | Posted on 26/Sep/2023 12:00:00
