Here’s a snippet of one we did this week on the beach!

6 sets. One minute rest after each set.
One set = 10 split squat jumps Suicide 5, 10, 15, 20 yards and back (sprint forward, back pedal back)

10 minute EMOM
100 yard sprint (50 and back) THIS ONE HURTS

15 minute EMOM
Minute 1: 20 squat jumps
