Sanaa Lathan Instagram – Had the most breathtaking week at the @drjoedispenza meditation retreat in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. It was a truly soulful and deeply purifying experience in the most gorgeous setting. @tamietran and I had major revelations, breakthroughs & made some great new friends. And to top it off, on the way back, @drjoedispenza happened to be sitting next to me on the plane!
