Sharing a very personal video with you all. #familyiseverything I am so grateful for having parents who are always up for healthy -crazy things. 😁 My mom saw my brother and me doing planks , so she wanted me to teach her how to do one. I was a bit skeptical coz my parents are in their early 60’s , so didn’t want to injure them. But dad joined in & then there was no looking back . 😑😑 Dad being Dad, wanted to show he still has super strength so continued to hold the plank even after I told him to stop 😁 they are the cutest & I love them to bits. ❤️ #family
