Happy Taesty Tuesday you sexy beasts 🌀 Today, picture this: you are in the water, head back, eyes closed, you stop treading and you allow your body to stay afloat. Your mind is clear. Your heart is open. You are in pure peace basking in the sun. Remember that feeling? This is you letting go of the resistance to keep your head above water. This is you letting go and TRUSTING that you will float. Trusting that the water has your back and will keep you up. Trusting that there is nothing you need to do right now but let go and float… you become one with water. This is what I mean when I say, “Be like water…” water doesn’t overthink about where it’s going. It doesn’t worry about the outcome and it doesn’t stop for nothing. That’s because it trusts that it will be where it’s supposed to be in every single moment. It is at peace wherever it is. Even when it’s “trapped” it finds peace there until it is spilled out or consumed. Water ALWAYS FLOWS where the PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE is. The good news is that our bodies are over 70% of water.
