Today, I want you to repeat to yourself throughout the day, “Nothing matters more than that I feel good.” When you do this you will feel: relieved, alive, important, loved, taken care of, and like a big weight is lifted off of your shoulders because now you feel like you have a choice. The choice is: is this person, or SHITuation, or thought worth giving up my happiness for? At the end of the day, you are stuck with you until the day you leave this planet. So all I’m saying, is CHOOSE YOU ALWAYS. There is no person, SHITuation, or thought about the past or future, that is more important than you and your well-being. YOU ARE WORTH IT. You deserve to feel good. You came here to play, create, have fun, LOVE, and be HAPPY. You gotta be your biggest fan on this entire planet. You gotta be the love of your life. You gotta be the inspiration and the light you seek to have. Don’t give up your peace… give it to yourself and never let it go. Once you get in this mindset of being more nice to yourself, and taking care of you, you will soon see that everything ends up working out in your favor. Everything is living for YOU. Take charge, and make a new agreement with yourself: I deserve to feel good no matter what… so I will choose it. I will choose me. And once you decide this, you will soon be at peace with the contrast that is happening around you.
