So, while I was looking at these pictures sitting quietly in my gallary, a trail of thoughts took me back to my city and my memories there and I felt this sudden gush of emotions swirling up my throat. Seldom we take a pause and remember to cherish what we have because we are too busy achieving what we want. But these little things make our life worth living . Today, I take this opportunity to thank every single person, some being my friends, some being my immediate family, and some whom I haven’t been lucky enough to meet personally but in this day of social media they have become my extended family for sure, each & every one of you who has loved me all these years unconditionally and helped me reach where I am today! It wouldn’t have been possible without you… My heart is filled with gratitude and love and all I can say is “I am because you are!” ♥️

We, as a society always perceive and glorify women as multitaskers, which I believe is a complete hoax as that confines women to gender specific roles, both inside and outside the house! As once Hillary Clinton correctly pointed out, “It’s hard to be a woman. You must think like a man, act like a lady, look like a young girl, and work like a horse.” Sad, but true! Let’s not do that to ourselves, let’s not be told that we are superhumans, which we are clearly not and which we don’t want to be! Lets create healthy boundary walls with the stones that are thrown towards us and trust me, no matter who you are, where you stay, what you do, you can always become the better version of yourself! Cheers to womanhood! 🥂
