Stephanie Bendixsen Instagram – I think the older you get the harder it becomes to move out of your comfort zone. But I spent the last week with a group of women from every corner of the world (none of us having ever met before) on this pole camp, and it reminded me that you can put yourself out there and come away a little bolder for it.
I destroyed my fave dance boots (and my ribs, AGAIN 💀) but it was worth it to learn from dance teachers I’ve admired even if it was WAY above my ability level.
I’ve spent a lot of my life just internally negging myself into oblivion – I’d just like to not do that for a bit. Next year I really want to focus on getting strong, prioritising creative ideas in my work, and having a proper daily routine.
