As I mostly dj private and corporate events, 90% of my clients call me in again. This feels like I’m doing the right thing, gives me confidence and freedom with my creative choices. On average I work once or twice a week and many times I don’t know what I’m walking into. It’s been a great learning experience to discover people preferences depending on their lifestyle, culture and upbringing. And yes there’s a one in a million awkward set where we’re just not feeling each other and I don’t overthink it, because I always play the music I truly enjoy myself, always. But people who want me back again and again are the reason I grow and get better as it brings me that positive anxiety and adrenaline to create even better vibe than before.
