I wish there was a way to rewire everything that was said during childhood and whilst growing up.

Please – Please be gentle, kind, loving to children. Yes, you’ll be overwhelmed, over sensitive, over stimulated, over touched.

As one said – it doesn’t take a village to raise a child. It takes a village to support a mother.

Kids who have gentler parents have a far more happier, healthier future.

Choose who you want to be a parent with VERY CAREFULLY

You are 100% responsible to give a child a trauma free (as much as possible) upbringing at home. I say as much as possible because in many families everybody has an opinion on child rearing, upbringing and intentionally or unintentionally pass on their trauma to the child. A mother’s parents / a father’s parents and in some cases grandparents, closest relatives all of them suddenly have a say.
