Harika Narayan Instagram – When I look at my own life as a movie happening in front of me, I realise I have traveled a long way to be where I am and do what I am doing. Each moment, experience, interaction, choice, lesson and journey has played a role in shaping the person I am today. Not gonna lie, there are few experiences in my life I would want to relive and there are few, I wish I can erase. Yet, the undeniable truth is that I am the architect of my own reality, grounded in the present moment. I am grateful and I acknowledge that every decision and encounter, whether joyous or challenging, has contributed to my present self. When my present self makes me happy and proud of who I am, I recognise the responsibility to fully own and embrace all the good and bad, positive and negative moments of life, learned lessons, choices and obligations, connections I allowed and disowned, guilts and regrets and actions I have taken.
