I know it can be disheartening and feel impossible for us when we’re surrounded by people using things like weight loss medications, dangerous diets, and all kinds of other things; but some of us don’t have those luxuries, or can’t afford the risks.
Not to mention, some of us have things like medical conditions, disabilities, depression, addictions, etc. that may have led us down a less than satisfactory path for our own health, but we can do this!
Every single step we take, no matter how small, is a step in the right direction!
