Test your core balance
7 strokes for 25 metres aiming for each pull to create maximum distance. How do you do it.
1. Head looks down & remains very still
2. Arm sweeps low to the water to protect the shoulder & use minimum effort
3. Legs kick sideways together.
4. From arm is at 45 degrees to hemp hip come to the surface
5. Fingers apart and relaxed for an effortless recovery and an effective pull.
