Adrian Lyles Instagram – When Meta reached out to me to write and perform this song I was ecstatic. Speaking out about mental health and emotional wellbeing ,even now, is still so difficult for people to do so the fact that I was able to sit down and join such an incredible cause means everything to me. Please never be afraid to go to somebody or ask somebody for help. As someone who has struggled with feeling alone and being unsure of what to do about it I promise one of the best things you can do is just talk to someone.
