So in my next peewee football game, I went out and tried to imitate whatever Tony had done. After the game, I got into my dad’s car and he said, ‘Oh, you think that’s cute? Before their win against the Rams, the last time the @DetroitLionsNFL won a Playoff game was on Jan. 5, 1992, when Detroit was led by the legendary Barry Sanders.
The ‘91-’92 Lions team finished 12–4, setting a new franchise record for wins in a season, at the time.
