trying to keep up with Pat right off the bat. Good for learning to recover on the move but at the end of the day: go your own pace. Tried to stick to a 6:00 split but couldn’t find it. Sometimes I looked and I was 5:25 then I’d look 5 mins later and be at a 6:30. (Split means your speed…in how many minutes ‘6:00’ will it take to complete that kilometre).
