Cameron Monaghan Instagram – Introducing Lionhearts LA Lionhearts is a seasonal release of a tee-shirt, each one designed by a different Los Angeles-based artist. 20% of proceeds will go to California-based charities, with the remainder covering overhead and being put into a fund specifically for personal independent film projects. First up is a design by @nilafaith Nila is a tattoo and visual artist based in Los Angeles. She is also a personal friend and I have known her as a kind, spirited person with a strong sense of self. Lionhearts is about embracing our individual voice and expressing fearlessly, and Nila felt like a perfect fit for this reason. All shirts will be printed in association with @EverpressHQ Everpress is a UK-based company with an eye on sustainability. All shirts are made-to-order which reduces waste and manufacturing byproduct. Everpress places emphasis on sourcing from ethically-accredited suppliers. They comply with strict ethical and environmental standards. All profits will be donated to charity as follows:
 5% – P.S. Arts
5% – Wildlife Conservation Network
5% – LA Food Bank
5% – Planned Parenthood LA
 Lionhearts has an attitude of wanting to support a better world, not only for now, but for the future. Wildlife conservation to provide biodiverse ecosystems for future generations. Arts education so that children can be exposed to the beautiful and healthy outlet of creativity. The food bank, so that families do not go hungry. And Planned Parenthood, to provide sex education and so that parents can better choose when they would like to bring a child into this world, and do so with a safer start. These organizations have been vetted using Charity Navigator and picked specifically because they seemed to have transparency in their financials.
