Chazz Palminteri Instagram – 🍝 Is it Sauce of Gravy?
This is an age old debate through out the Italian-american culture and everyone has a different take on this. What is your thought?
I have always considered sauce to be sauce when it is light and made quickly. Gravy to me is when it is thick, has meat in it and takes 3-4 hours to cook.
Call me old school, but I have heard countless stories of friends and families debating over this.
