Danny Elfman Instagram – Happy 11/11 everyone!
As some of you may know, Elf means eleven in German. I’ve always had a close connection to the number. It’s also the name of my first violin concerto… “Eleven Eleven” because amazingly it had 1111 measures in it when it was finished. Crazy? Totally!! So it has some strange meaning in my life, though I’ll never know what exactly that is.
