Devon Gilfillian Instagram – Today is my birthday, and I can’t help but reflect on this year. When I look through these memories, I still can’t believe how beautiful my life is. From playing Stax and Motown on a @journeythroughsong cruise in February all the way to ending the year with an epic night of disco madness. We had our first tour in Europe w/ @mymorningjacket, my first headlining tour that turned out so much better than expected 😭❤️🙏🏾. I released my sophomore album, “Love You Anyway;” All I Really Wanna Do went top 5 at AAA Radio; we played @jimmykimmellive, @kellyclarkson, and @cbssaturday I shared the festival stages with so many legends and new friends – some of whom I’d listen to in the car 7 years ago…So many full circle moments. I try not to take them for granted, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t at times. I learned a lot this year, but the most valuable thing I learned is how lucky I am to have so many people around me that love me, that push me to be better, and that truly have my herniated-ass back. I’m so fuckin grateful. I love you, and thank you everyone that has wrapped me in their love this past year ❤️🙏🏽
