Eureka O’Hara Instagram – I keep posting the same photo and the wrong thing and over thinking it because of instant validation. I’m in recovery as most of you know already but I am coming back into doing this thing I do where if it doesn’t have 20 million likes and comments I remove and try again. This is also addiction acting up. We are so trained to be these robot influencers and when it’s not fun or validating it not enough and neither are we.

I say this cause I pressure myself to be entertaining all the time and through recovery I continue to learn how to just live.

I’m excited to release these photos because I crave to show people how good I’m doing but I’m not always doing great. Some days I’m manic like today where I over thought it and posted the same photo I already posted.

I have lots to catch the world up on and thinking about doing a sit down called “Come Clean” soon, to discuss the journey I’ve taken and my truth transitioning and sobriety. Curious if this sounds interesting to yall?

I want to share about the process of my transition the last year and my recovery. Good and bad. We as humans are both but to the public eye supposed to pretend like everything is ok all the time. Is anyone exhausted manic and just over it. It fuels my anxiety and distracts me from my dreams and honestly daily tasks.
