Been doing a deep dive on the tone of my self-talk lately… and was shocked by how negative so much of it was. And as easy as it is to justify the negativity with “good” outcomes…
What if we recognized that negative self-talk… was just us trying our best to love ourselves?
And what if we said “thank you” to that taskmaster in the middle, relieved them of their duties… and listened for that quiet voice of self-love to take the floor more often?
