Jan Sport Instagram – “Oh Holy Night” from “Jackie & Jan’s Jingle Jam” at the Gem Theatre in Garden Grove, CA 🎄
Though I’ve never celebrated Xmas in the religious sense, it was my joy and honor to share the stage with @janjanjan and sing one of her favorite songs, “Oh Holy Night”, across 16 cities this season. I was a bit nervous as I haven’t *really* sung like this in a long time, but Jan was patient and helpful with me finding how to place this in my rusty ole voice, and we found a way to sing this song together that I hope spread some xmas joy in these somewhat dark times. ✨
I’ve always loved singing though I stepped away from it for a while. And though it was scary to do an almost entirely live singing show next to someone I think is one of the best singers in the world, I knew Jan had my back and together we could do it! So if there’s something you love that you’ve taken a break from, maybe now is the time to bring it back in your life! What a better way to look forward to 2024 and to bring as much joy as we can forward. Happy Holidays to all. ❤️🫶🏼
