Jay Cutler Instagram – So…. This was 22 Back in 96’ I was chasing a dream.. the dream to be a professional bodybuilder. This photo was taken as I was in preparation for the US Nationals to be held in Dallas that fall. It was my first time attempting a pro card and I was a little uncertain, but the same time I felt like I stacked up pretty well against the crop of competition I saw throughout the bodybuilding magazines. This image was taken by @irvingelbmanagementllc inside my home gym in Spencer Massachusetts. Throughout 95 and a portion of 96 I stacked the best equipment on the market.. Flex , Hammer , BodyMaster, Icarian , and of course some of the most unique AFS equipment out there. It was a meatheads playground. Needless to say, I captured that pro card that fall and at 23 years old, I became one of the younger professional bodybuilders on the circuit. These photos keep circulating, but bring back so many memories, which many of you followed me through the books and into the social media era… I feel blessed to be part of both eras, but more importantly, to have this support in the cheering section for decades on decades.
