It doesn’t mean taking back people who continually hurt you.. but locating the parts of ourselves that accept mistreatment or other things we may have been taught as love. Forgiveness isn’t always about the other person but often begins with forgiving ourselves. Through self accountability, forgiveness and acceptance follow. 2. Trauma (Generational) often is passed on without awareness. It can manifest many different ways and might not be our fault but often is our responsibility to correct and heal. 😅 Physical pain can also reflect deeper discomforts. Whether in unhealed or unresolved emotional traumas or ways we’ve suppressed or processed difficult experiences, we often feel these things in our body. Meditation, breathwork, and other forms of therapy ( physical/mental ) can help relieve or even resolve some chronic pain issues. 3. Love/ Hate are not so different. Forced positivity can hinder our ability to see darker things, but can be harmful when the truth originated from these experiences are not faced. Also in opposition, seeing the negative in everything can hinder our ability to see the good and heal. We are more in control over the experiences we live then we think, and when we choose differently, we live differently. When consciously choosing love and choosing first to love yourself, flaws and all, things blossom and change. 4. Feel your feelings, but also differentiate those feelings from past experience and/or truth. Feelings are valid and should have freedom to be expressed but are not always originated from truth of an experience. Not every thought or feeling we have needs a reaction. I’m still learning this one… but we are all programmed different. Some things need less time to reprogram and others we will have to address throughout our lives. Often that negative voice in our head’s put there to help overcome and push us into purposful action. At least that’s how I view it. — In summary, Love always and in all ways. Cheers to a prosperous, healthy, and abundant New Year 🥂
