Jerrold Smith II Instagram – 2023 was by far the toughest year of my life. I started 2023 off with a clip of Jeremy Pope that surfaced around then that completely summed up how I felt going into last year. The highs and lows of life were something that I was really struggling with at the time, but I never could’ve imagined how low it would take me until 2023. I lost a family member that to me seemed immortal and I took on a lot of personal responsibility within my family because of it. All while trying to navigate a full time job, becoming a creator (amongst other side hustles), and still trying to live to the fullest.
I’m not really a fan of year end recaps, mainly because I try to celebrate things in the moment and I’m already on to the next. I noticed this clip of Katt pretty much sums up my approach on 2024 just like last years clip did. This whole interview was honestly insane lol, but all I can really ask for at this point in life is opportunity, because I trust that I’ve done the work on me to take advantage of it no matter any circumstance. Wishing everybody a prosperous new year 🤝🏾
