Jon Simonassi Instagram – Testing my camcorder from ’95 📹
I picked up this vintage Panasonic for 70 bucks and immediately fell in love with it.
It was one of the very first video cameras to shoot on the MiniDV format and has that glorious 3CCD look.
It even has a ‘cinema-mode’ which stretches the image from the sensor to fit in a 16×9 frame, which is how I was able to shoot this vertically without having to crop the image in anyway.
