Kristian Matsson Instagram – Every year, Amsterdam Sinfonietta starts with the program Beyond classical, in which the orchestra and a pop artist step out of their comfort zone and merge their music. The orchestra has already made 21 very successful editions. Now @spkmatsson, aka The Tallest Man On Earth, joins Amsterdam Sinfonietta. Brand new arrangements for string orchestra have been made of all the songs performed during this concert. “The music is jaw dropping,” says the singer himself. In addition to his own music, we also play Scandinavian classical works, and you will also hear covers of Bob Dylan, Sting and this beautiful version of When We Were Young by Adele.
